Once you purchase your template pack, I’ll send you a questionnaire to gather additional info. I’ll ask for your branding elements such as logo, colors,... We'll also jump on kick-off call. Here, we’ll fine-tune your goals, ensuring we're on the same page about the design you have in mind.
Once the initial designs are ready, you’ll have the opportunity to review them and request adjustments. You’ll have two rounds of revisions to make any tweaks or changes you see fit. Along with the templates, you’ll receive a comprehensive guide on how to use Canva to (re)-use and edit your templates.
After our kick-off call, I'll dive into the design process, keeping your vision and goals at the forefront and I'll start crafting your custom template pack. You can expect the initial designs to be ready for review within 7-10 working days.

Once you purchase your template pack, I’ll send you a questionnaire to gather additional info. I’ll ask for your branding elements such as logo, colors, and any other assets you’d like me to consider using.
If you don’t have branding assets, we can talk about how to create templates that will work without them. After, we will plan a kick-off call together, where we go through all the details.
You will get the custom-designed templates with your branding. They are delivered via a link after I build them in Canva. You click the link and it makes a copy, which you can then edit as you please.
The templates will be square (1080 px x 1080 px) or story format (1080 px by 1920 px), or a mix of both. We design in a square ratio because it’s a universal size for images that can be used on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) among others.
After the kick-off call, I will deliver the templates in 7-10 business days.
No, it's not necessary. A free Canva account is perfectly sufficient for using these templates.
The templates are intended for creating graphics for your business use only. While you're free to use them for various commercial purposes - like sharing on social media, your website, or in blog posts - reselling the templates as your own is not permitted.
Absolutely! Once you've received your templates, you're entitled to two rounds of revisions. This means if there's anything you'd like tweaked or adjusted, you have two rounds to get everything just the way you want it.
