By purchasing a membership or accessing our templates, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
#1. License of Use
As a member, you are granted a **non-exclusive, non-transferable license** to use all templates included in the Canva Template Club for:
- Personal projects (e.g., your own social media, marketing, website)
- Professional marketing (e.g., promoting your own business, services, or products)
- Client projects (e.g., creating content for clients as part of your services)
#2. Prohibited Actions
You may not, under any circumstances:
- Resell, redistribute, gift, license, or sublicense the templates as standalone products (even if modified).
- Claim the templates as your own original design.
- Include the templates (or modified versions) in products for resale (e.g., selling Canva templates, course downloads, digital products).
Example:
✅ You can use a template to create an Instagram post for a client.
❌ You cannot sell the template itself or a slightly altered version to another person.
#3. Client Work
You are allowed to use the templates to create final deliverables for individual client projects, provided the editable template files are **not shared** with the client.
#4. Intellectual Property
All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, and service marks are owned by and property of One Latte Too Many (Tascha Goovaerts), or the properly attributed party. It is a violation of federal law to use any of Our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should We choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.
#5. Lifetime Access Clause
If you purchased a "lifetime access" plan during a promotion, your access is valid for the lifetime of the Canva Template Club.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Membership or the templates at any time, though we have no current plans to do so.
#6. Membership Payments and Cancellations
- Monthly members are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
- Lifetime members paid a one-time fee and will not be charged again.
- All payments are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product.
#7. Enforcement
We actively monitor the use of our templates. If we discover a violation of these terms, we reserve the right to:
- Terminate your membership without a refund
- Pursue legal action for damages and losses
#8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. You will be notified of any significant changes.
